Nicolas Wetterwald, born on 15 January 1951 in Paris, son of Swiss dipomats, studied medicine in Bern and practiced ophthalmosurgery there until 2017. Fascinated by aviation, space exploration and painting from a very early age, he decided, after having abandoned the knife and broomstick, to publish a comic strip he had started almost 20 years earlier.
