Yuri Vladimirovich Andropov
Andropov, a real character, was KGB leader from 1967 to 1982. He then became Secretary General and President of the Praesidium of the Supreme Soviet until his death in 1984. He is the instigator of Perestroika. In the comic book, he organizes the secret lunar flight.
